Medical Providers at Safe Harbor

kerry-gouletteKerry Goulette, MHP, PA graduated from College of Holy Cross and received her Physician Assistant certificate and Master of Health Professions from Northeastern University. Before her arrival at the Health Center in 2006, Kerry worked for Lynn Community Health Center and Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts. Her professional interests include adult medicine, heart health and diabetes. Kerry is currently focusing her practice on the adult homeless population in our community. Kerry speaks Spanish and loves to run and ski.

Lincoln Heath, MD was born and raised in Vermont. He did his undergraduate education at McGill University where he received a BS in biology and a minor in social studies of medicine. He was awarded his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2012 and stayed to completed residency training at UVM Medical Center, specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Heath is excited to provide Obstetric and Newborn care, Pediatrics, and Adult medicine. He is passionate about caring for families, New Americans, refugees, and those in need. When not at work he may be found hiking, climbing, camping, eating good food, or spending time with family.

Psychiatry Providers at Safe Harbor

morseSarah Morse, PMHNP was born and raised in Vermont. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD where she majored in Women’s Studies and then attended University of Vermont’s post baccalaureate pre-medical program. She continued on to pursue her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Yale University School of Nursing in New Haven, CT with a specialty in Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Advanced Practice Nursing.

Behavioral Health Clinicians at Safe Harbor

Erin Ahearn, LICSW, LADC, received her B.A. from Saint Michael’s College and M.S.W. from the University of Vermont. Erin has been with CHCB since 2007 and is the Lead Clinical Social Worker at the Safe Harbor Health Center, working with clients who are homeless or marginally housed. The focus of her practice is helping people with depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders using cognitive behavioral and insight oriented therapies.

Leighton Johnson, LICSW, LADC, received a B.A. from Hobart College and M.S.W. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work. Before coming to CHCB Leighton worked in North Carolina on an Assertive Community Treatment Team with Individuals who had severe and persistent mental illness and who were often homeless and struggling with substance abuse issues. Leighton has been with CHCB since 2010 and works at the Safe Harbor Health Center with individuals who are homeless and in transitional housing. Leighton provides social work coverage for Safe Harbor’s medical clinic and provides case management for individuals in the Housing First Program. Leighton provides individual therapy with a focus on treating depression, anxiety and substance abuse issues using cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques.

Dental Providers at Safe Harbor

Singh, PrabDr. Prabhleen Singh, DDS completed his BDS from KLE Dental College, India in 2011. He further pursued his love for Dentistry and earned a DDS from UB School of Dental Medicine, Buffalo NY, 2015. Outside of work, he likes to travel, cook, trek and water sports.

 

Vallabheneni, GGopichand Vallabhaneni, DMD moved to Vermont from Portland, Maine with his wife and children where he worked in a private office for five years. Dr. Vall graduated from Boston’s Tuft’s School of Dental Medicine in 1998. Dr. Vall does an array of dentistry and in his free time enjoys playing golf.
