Community Health Center

Our Mission is to improve the health of all within the communities we serve.  We are dedicated to providing exceptional care with respect & compassion & with commitment to serving people who have a limited ability to pay.  The Community Health Centers of Burlington accept all patients regardless or their insurance or financial status. Our federally funded health care program allows us to offer a wide range of services to patients through a sliding-fee scale; we also take most employment-based insurances.

Dental Care at the Community Health Center

All dental services are available on our Sliding-Fee scale to income eligible, uninsured residents. We welcome Medicaid and private employer based insurance for adults and children. For low-income, uninsured community residents with dental emergencies, we accept state general assistance vouchers. Our Dental Center offers a full complement of preventive and restorative care

The mission of the Vermont Diversity Health Project (VDHP’s) is to improve the health and wellness of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Vermonters by building bridges between health care providers and LGBTQ people throughout the state. We help patients identify friendly, supportive and effective healthcare providers, and we offer training and support to enhance providers’ skill in working with LGBTQ people.  802.860.7812

Vermont Technical Center Dental Program

The dental hygiene clinic offers a number of preventative services:  Including a thorough evaluation of your medical/dental history.  Comprehensive assessment of your oral health status as it relates to dental hygiene. Oral hygiene education.  Removal of hard and soft deposits from your teeth.  Fluoride treatments, dental sealants and dental x-rays, if necessary.
